GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

RESERVATIONS

In case of unavailability don't hesitate to contact us to check our flexibility.

 

Our apartments are equipped with all amenities, linens, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.

 

If you will need some extra like luggage deposit, extra blanket etc...please make your request upon the booking and if during your stay one day prior, we are available also through Whatsapp.

 

 

PAYMENTS

To finalize the booking it is necessary to pay a deposit. The amount will be defined by the chosen property.

Payment must be made within five days from the booking confirmation.

Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal.

(Credit card details will be used according to the booking and / or cancellation rules of the booking.)

VENICE CITY TAX

The tourist tax is a mandatory extra fee, payable by cash at the check-in time.

Accommodation managers then periodically pay the tax over to the municipality.

In the municipality of Venice, all guests staying in accommodation facilities

(hotels, guesthouses, B&Bs, etc.) are required to pay the Tourist Tax, which is collected directly by the facility manager.

Venice city tax cost is between € 4,00 and € 3,00 per adult person per night up to 5 nights, it depends of the category fixed by the City hall.

 

KEY DELIVERY and WARRANTY DEPOSIT

After your reservation is finalized, we will provide directions for check-in and key delivery instructions asking you also your ID documents for security purpose.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

- Up to 30 days before your arrival, no charge.

- within 15 days prior to your arrival, no refund.

OCCUPANTS

Only persons listed on the booking form and whose presence has been registered with the  local authorities are allowed to occupy the flat.

The number of people staying must not exceed the one of the reservation if not arranged with us.

Booked guests cannot be changed unless previously arranged with us.

 

 

OUR RESPONSABILITY

All complaints must be notify in the current day to our referent.

We would not be responsible for, damage or theft of personal belongings.

Will not be responsible of injuries or other incidents of our customers during your stay, if not for direct cause of negligence from our part.

 

We strongly suggest obtaining a travel insurance for your stay.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

The apartment must be left clean and tidy in the same condition in which it was received.

You will be responsible for any damage found upon check out or extraordinary cleaning due to your negligence.

The compensation due will be charged to your security deposit.

 

 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Check-in starts at 4pm and is completely free until 9pm.

After 9pm, you will be asked for an extra cost of eur.20/hour, equivalent to the extraordinary hourly cost of the reception staff.

 

Check-out until 11:00.

Late Check-out upon request with an additional cost of €10.00/hour, equivalent to the hourly cost of the cleaning staff on duty from 11am.

 

In case of early arrival or postponed departure please let us know.

In case of late departure you can take advantage of the luggage storage of our Sleep in MURANO Support with an extra cost of eur10/luggage.

 

PRIVACY

On the article 10 of the "privacy" law 675/96, MURANO Place by Sleep in MURANO informs you that the customer data collected through our site are used only for the management of the relationship between you the owner of the booked property and
